Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you register, place an order, request support or otherwise contact us. This can include your name, email address, account credentials, billing and contact details, service preferences, support messages and order history.

Payment providers receive the information needed to process a transaction. Unlimited Radio Hosting does not store the full card number or card security code.

When you use the website or services, technical information may be collected automatically, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, dates and times, and information required for security and service diagnostics.

How we use information

You can opt out of marketing messages using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Essential account and service messages may still be sent.

Sharing and legal bases

We process information where you have given consent, where it is necessary to perform a contract, where required by law, where vital interests need protection, or where there is a legitimate business interest that is not overridden by your rights.

Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the platform, process payments, deliver support, host systems, send communications, analyse usage or prevent fraud. Providers should receive only the information needed for their role.

Data may also be disclosed in response to a lawful court or government request, to investigate suspected fraud or policy violations, to protect a person’s safety or rights, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of business assets.

Cookies, pixels and similar technologies may be used to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand use and measure communications. You can control cookies through your browser. Disabling some cookies may affect certain functions.

The redesigned public website stores your cookie-notice preference in local browser storage and does not include third-party analytics by default. Account, checkout or legacy pages opened on the unlimitedradiohosting.com domain may use their own necessary, functional, performance or analytics cookies.

Where Google Maps or another third-party feature is embedded, that provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described or for a longer period required by tax, accounting or other law. The existing policy states that no stated purpose should require identifiable account data for longer than 90 days after account termination, unless a legal or operational exception applies.

When there is no continuing need, information will be deleted or anonymised. If immediate deletion from backup archives is not possible, the data will be isolated from further processing until deletion is practical.

Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are used, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use a secure environment and protect your own login credentials.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access a copy of your personal data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.

You can review account information in the billing area ↗ or contact us to request review, correction or deletion. The existing policy states that verified requests will receive a response within 30 days.

California residents may have additional rights regarding disclosure and removal of certain information under applicable state law. The existing policy also explains that the service does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because a uniform standard has not been finalised.

Information from minors

The service does not knowingly collect information from or market to children under 18. If information from a person under 18 is discovered, the account will be deactivated and reasonable steps taken to delete the information. Concerns should be reported to the contact below.

Data breaches and policy updates

Suspected privacy breaches will be investigated. Where a breach presents a qualifying risk, affected users and the applicable supervisory authority will be notified as required. The existing policy refers to notification of the authority within 72 hours after awareness unless the breach is unlikely to create a risk to people’s rights and freedoms.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, practices or law. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or sent directly to customers.
